My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and collaboration which means that I follow your pacing in sessions, walk alongside you, trust your instincts and goals, and offer tools, thoughts, and approaches to help you on your journey.

Along with talk therapy, I utilise expressive arts, narrative, body-based and play therapy approaches because sometimes we are better able to integrate our stories when we engage with more than words.

If you choose to work with me as a therapist, my hope is to join you as you process losses and wounds, shed pieces of your life that may no longer serve you, and embrace your power, capacity, and identity.

Kate currently has a waitlist for new clients. If you would like to get on Kate’s waitlist you can book a free consultation call on Jane or email her at kate@havencollective.ca. Session booking is for existing clients only
